The therapist at MindIncharge hold advanced degrees in psychology or a related field, and are licensed to practice in the state in which they operate. She also have extensive training and experience in various forms of therapy.
Our therapists are trained to help clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, and addiction. We also specialize in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions with a therapist, while group therapy involves multiple clients working together with one or more therapists. Both types of therapy can be effective depending on the client's needs and goals.
